They are committed to producing a "Stress Free Lamb" and everyone who works at Walwalling are trained in Low Stock Stress Handling of livestock. Our farmers supply us a product second to none. They have spent many years perfecting their stock in order to produce meat that is wholesome, free from growth hormones, extremely flavorsome and tender.
